Thank you for showing interest in the Kollision Con Exhibit Hall.
The below information pertains to the fees for renting an exhibitor’s booth for our 2012 convention. If you have any questions, please contact the Exhibit Hall Department Manager .

Pricing

  • $250 per 10'x10' Booth from 1/9/12 to 5/31/12
  • $300 per 10'x10' Booth from 6/1/12 to 10/31/12
  • (Contact Exhibit Hall Department Manager for any contracts executed after 10/31/12)

    + $50.00 corner fee in addition to the booth price if corner requested

    Date is considered to be postmark date. All contracts and payments postmarked after their respective cutoff dates will be billed the higher rate.


    Booths

    First Booth includes:

  • One (1) skirted 8’x2’ foot table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Four (4) Vendor Badges

  • Second Booth includes:

  • One (1) skirted 8’x2’ foot table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Two (2) Vendor Badges

  • Corner Booth includes:

  • One (1) additional 8'x2' foot table
  • An additional usable vending side.

  • Power

    Vendor must request a power drop if needed.

  • $100.00 per drop.
  • Each drop is a single 120volt outlet. If your booth requires heavy electrical, contact the Exhibit Hall Department Manager prior to submitting contract.


    Additional Badges

    Any additional badges must be purchased using the prices below.

  • $35.00 per badge 1/9/12 through 4/30/12
  • $40.00 per badge 5/1/12 through 8/31/12
  • $45.00 per badge 9/1/12 through 11/9/12
